These Reservation Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with sidikaoukihorseriding.com for horseback riding experiences, treks, sunset rides, photo & video shoots, and multi-day adventures in Sidi Kaouki, Morocco.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation
   Reservations can be made via:
   WhatsApp
   Email
   Contact form
   A booking is considered confirmed only after:
   We confirm availability
   Any required deposit has been received
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if necessary.
2. Prices & Payment
   Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
   Prices may vary depending on duration, season, and customization.
   Payment methods will be communicated during booking (cash, transfer, etc.).
   For multi-day treks or special events, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
   Single-Day Activities
   Cancellation more than 48 hours before the activity: free of charge.
   Cancellation less than 48 hours before: deposit may be non-refundable.
   Multi-Day Treks
   Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: deposit refundable.
   Cancellation less than 7 days before: deposit may be retained.
   If cancellation occurs due to severe weather or safety reasons, we will:
   Offer a rescheduled date
   or
   Provide an alternative solution
4. Late Arrival / No-Show
   If you arrive late:
   The activity duration may be shortened.
   No refund will be issued for lost time.
   No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Participant Requirements
   All participants must:
   Be physically fit for horse riding.
   Follow all safety instructions.
   Inform us of any medical conditions.
   Respect horses and guides.
   We reserve the right to refuse participation if:
   A rider appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
   A rider behaves dangerously.
   A rider does not follow safety instructions.
6. Rider Responsibility
   Horse riding involves inherent risks.
   By participating, you acknowledge that:
   You understand the risks of outdoor and equestrian activities.
   You accept personal responsibility for your participation.
   You ride at your own risk.
   Children must be supervised by parents or guardians.
7. Weather Conditions
   Activities may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled in case of:
   Severe wind
   Storms
   Unsafe beach conditions
   Safety always comes first.
8. Insurance
   Participants are responsible for having their own:
   Travel insurance
   Medical insurance
   Personal accident coverage
   We strongly recommend travel insurance for multi-day treks.
9. Personal Belongings
   We are not responsible for loss or damage to:
   Phones
   Cameras
   Bags
   Personal items
10. Media & Photography
    During activities, photos and videos may be taken.
    By participating, you agree that:
    Images may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media).
    If you do not wish your image to be used, please inform us before the activity.
11. Force Majeure
    We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by:
    Natural disasters
    Government restrictions
    Unexpected local authority decisions
    Events beyond our control
12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
    Any dispute shall be subject to Moroccan jurisdiction.
