These Reservation Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with sidikaoukihorseriding.com for horseback riding experiences, treks, sunset rides, photo & video shoots, and multi-day adventures in Sidi Kaouki, Morocco.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Booking & Confirmation<\/strong>
    Reservations can be made via:
    WhatsApp
    Email
    Contact form
    A booking is considered confirmed only after:
    We confirm availability
    Any required deposit has been received
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Prices & Payment<\/strong>
    Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
    Prices may vary depending on duration, season, and customization.
    Payment methods will be communicated during booking (cash, transfer, etc.).
    For multi-day treks or special events, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
    Single-Day Activities
    Cancellation more than 48 hours before the activity: free of charge.
    Cancellation less than 48 hours before: deposit may be non-refundable.
    Multi-Day Treks
    Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: deposit refundable.
    Cancellation less than 7 days before: deposit may be retained.
    If cancellation occurs due to severe weather or safety reasons, we will:
    Offer a rescheduled date
    or
    Provide an alternative solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Late Arrival \/ No-Show<\/strong>
    If you arrive late:
    The activity duration may be shortened.
    No refund will be issued for lost time.
    No-shows are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Participant Requirements<\/strong>
    All participants must:
    Be physically fit for horse riding.
    Follow all safety instructions.
    Inform us of any medical conditions.
    Respect horses and guides.
    We reserve the right to refuse participation if:
    A rider appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    A rider behaves dangerously.
    A rider does not follow safety instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Rider Responsibility<\/strong>
    Horse riding involves inherent risks.
    By participating, you acknowledge that:
    You understand the risks of outdoor and equestrian activities.
    You accept personal responsibility for your participation.
    You ride at your own risk.
    Children must be supervised by parents or guardians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Weather Conditions<\/strong>
    Activities may be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled in case of:
    Severe wind
    Storms
    Unsafe beach conditions
    Safety always comes first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Insurance<\/strong>
    Participants are responsible for having their own:
    Travel insurance
    Medical insurance
    Personal accident coverage
    We strongly recommend travel insurance for multi-day treks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Personal Belongings<\/strong>
    We are not responsible for loss or damage to:
    Phones
    Cameras
    Bags
    Personal items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Media & Photography<\/strong>
    During activities, photos and videos may be taken.
    By participating, you agree that:
    Images may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media).
    If you do not wish your image to be used, please inform us before the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Force Majeure<\/strong>
    We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by:
    Natural disasters
    Government restrictions
    Unexpected local authority decisions
    Events beyond our control<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Governing Law<\/strong>
    These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
